All prices are subject to 17% service charge (to cover insurance, administration and transport) and applicable taxes. Quoted prices are based on 50-100 people. Our flavors are big and bold, and we believe in using only the freshest, finest ingredients that are locally sourced whenever possible and letting their natural flavors show through. Our main culinary influences are American Classic and Contemporary, Mediterranean, and Mexican with an emphasis on grilling and BBQ, though we have experience in cooking just about any cuisine.
